The board, which introduced QR codes on papers to prevent leaks, traced the culprits through the codes and found evidence of intentional exam disruption.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CSIR UGC NET December 2023 results for Junior Research Fellowship and Lectureship. The Computer Based Test was conducted on December 26-28, 2023, with 2,19,146 candidates registered. The scorecards are available on csirnet.nta.ac.in. The Bihar Education Department now requires contractual teachers to pass a competency examination within three attempts, or face job loss. The decision, announced by the committee chaired by K.K. Pathak, follows a December 26, 2023 cabinet proposal granting government employee status to 3.5 lakh contractual teachers, contingent on passing the competency test.

Haryana releases admit cards for CET Group-C's Stenography Shorthand & Transcription Test (2nd Phase) under categories 390-396, groups 58, 59, and 60. The selection process involves a written exam (97.5%) and socio-economic criteria (2.5%). The exam pattern includes 100 compulsory bilingual questions with no negative marking.
