The Anna University, Tamil Nadu will be conducting the TANCET 2024 exam for MBA, MCA programmes on March 9, 2024. Eligible candidates can register on the official website from January 10 to February 7, 2024. Steps to apply for TANCET 2024: Visit the official website, complete the registration form, log in using the generated credentials, fill out the application with personal and academic information, upload necessary documents, pay the application fees, and download the completed application. The High Court of Karnataka has imposed a cost of Rs one lakh on a Bengaluru school for not allowing over 50 students to attend classes. The Division Bench of Chief Justice Prasanna B Varale and Krishan S Dixit expressed concern that ninth class students were not allowed to attend classes. The court heard a civil contempt of court case filed by the father of one of the students of the Brigade School. The court imposed a cost of Rs one lakh on the school.

Due to the ongoing cold wave and a yellow alert issued by the India Meteorological Department classes for students from nursery to class 5 have been suspended for next five days. Edu Min took to the social media platform X to inform the public about the closure of Delhi schools in the coming week. She tweeted, "Schools in Delhi will remain closed for the next 5 days due to the prevailing cold weather conditions, for students from Nursery to Class 5.

The Maharashtra Revenue Department has declared the results for Talathi Bharti 2023 recruitment examination. Nearly 8 lakh candidates appeared for the exam. The Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination Council has released the examination dates for JEECUP 2024.
