The overall pass percentage was recorded at 86.69%, with girls surpassing boys with a pass percentage of 89.17%, compared to boys' 84.32%. Out of 6,23,128 enrolled students, 6,16,615 appeared for the exams. This year's results show a notable improvement over the previous year, with both genders exhibiting better performance.

Amidst a heat wave-like situation in Jharkhand, the state government has adjusted school timings effective April 22 until further notice. Under the new schedule, schools for kindergarten to class 8 will operate from 7 am to 11.30 am, while senior classes from 9 to 12 will continue till noon. The directive applies to all government, aided, unaided, and private schools. Outdoor activities under the sun, including prayer meetings and sports, are prohibited during this period, although mid-day meals will still be provided.
